Driver Pay & Benefits
When you drive with ENZ Logistics, you benefit from both our small-fleet attention and Prime Inc’s structure. We focus on miles that make sense, fair pay, and realistic expectations. Below is our general pay and benefits structure — subject to change.
Solo Pay
- Starting pay: $0.50 cpm
- Detention pay: Paid when collected (minimum $25/hr)
- Short haul (under 150 miles): Flat rate $300 per trip
- Local loads (under 100 miles): Flat rate $200 + mileage
- Safety bonus: $0.02 cpm for miles between 10,000 – 12,000 miles/year
- On-time bonus: $0.01 cpm for miles between 10,000 – 12,000 miles/year
- Fuel bonus: Up to $0.03 cpm based on fuel performance
Team Pay
- Split rate: $0.40 cpm each driver
- Detention pay: Paid when collected, split
- Short haul (under 150 miles): Flat rate $250 each
- Local loads (under 100 miles): Flat rate $175 each + mileage
- Safety & on-time bonus: $0.015 cpm each for miles above 10,000/year
- Fuel bonus: Up to $0.02 cpm each, split

All Supernova Express Trans drivers qualify for Prime Inc benefits package since they are technically Prime Inc employees.

At Supernova Express Trans we know that home time is just as valuable as pay which is why we offer an escalating scale. The longer your out the more bonus days you earn.
- 3 weeks out, 3 days home
- 4 weeks out, 5 days home
- 5 weeks out, 6 days home
- 6 weeks out, 8 days home
